I know I often say this but PHZ-Sicks and I go way back to my first MySpace page that I started back in '06. I honestly don't remember how we came across each other but he was mad cool then and still is. He literally just sent me the link for this track, entitled "Then & Now" on Twitter a few minutes ago. Earlier he sent a tweet that said, "a goonette? reality chicks? bust it baby? what ever happen to ladies and women?" - This track lends more insight to that question.
